How far is it to the airport?

We are 2 Miles from the terminals. It's a 5-7 minute ride on average.

What if we don't have enough room for a valet in our car?
A
Families with a full car will need to drop one parent and the kids at the terminal. The other parent drives back to our lot, picks up a valet and is back to the terminal in 15-20 minutes. Upgrade your return to Drop n Go and the valet gets their own ride back to our lot.

How do I get my car at arrivals?
A
Text your valet when your plane lands. Once you have all your bags, text your valet again and they will bring your car to the third lane out at arrivals. You then return your valet to the GoValet lot. Upgrade your return to Drop n Go and leave right from O'Hare, the valet gets their own ride back to our lot.

Where is my car parked?

Our parking facility is located 2 miles from O'Hare airport. We have indoor and outdoor parking. Our lot is fenced, lit, and covered by surveillance cameras.

Are you open 24 hours?
A
Yes, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for car delivery. The earliest you can meet a valet for departure is 3:30 AM.

Will the valet stay with my car if I'm delayed or going through customs?

Yes, our valets will wait until you're ready despite any delays.

What do I do if I'm running late for my meeting time?

Send a text to your valet if you're running early or late.

Should I tip my valet?

Tipping is not required but it is appreciated! Most customers tip at the end of the service. Some customers tip at pick up and drop off.

How do I cancel a reservation?
A
Please email support@govaletord.com to cancel. Reservations are fully refundable up to 24 hours before your meeting time.

Is the service insured?
A
Your vehicle insurance is primary. GoValet provides deductible coverage in the event of a substantiated claim.
